I wrote this originally with the aim of it being used as the intro to Exploracian. Maybe it still will be. I couldn't quite work out how to end it. I still think it sounds really good. This was written and recorded in January 2003 using Soundtracker. I may write an ending for it some day.

Bailout was a band that formed (under that name) around about the Summer/Autumn of 1997 (if I remember correctly). I am amazingly proud of this album. We never properly released or even sold it at gigs though. I think that we only played one gig after making this recording. That was a 'Battle of the Bands' at a local college that we were apparently fourth at (the whole thing was a farce though (to us), naturally). We eventually broke up due to boredom and personal reasons around the Summer of 1999. Looking back, I am upset that I did not make more of an effort with this band, as I honestly believe that it was the most musically successful band I have (and probably will) ever been a part of.
This was written and recorded in a week of Spring holiday of 1998 (I think) at St. Philip Howard High School, Barnham. We used an analogue Tascam 8-track mixer/recorder, an old brain-dead four-track, our practice amps, an old, out-of tune harmonium (that we changed the record speed for) and some toy keyboards as well as our usual guitars, bass and drums, and anything else that we could get our hands on at the time and run through some effects. The album was mixed by Bailout with the help of my good friend, Jack Oclee-Brown. Some post-production trickery, string arrangement and CD duplication was generously performed by Mark Golden.
This recording remains the copyright of Ian Burch, Jonathan Collins, Matthew Harris and William Robinson. Well, except maybe for 'My Life'.
This was written by a good friend of mine about our musical journey with Drift, my old secondary school band. It is mainly for sentimental reasons. I find it highly nostalgic, but I'm not sure how much sense it would make to anyone who didn't know Drift. To me, the many gigs with Drift were some of the best times I have ever had.
Breadman was my first ever website which I wrote mainly during the Winter of 1999. There is not really much on it and quite a few broken links.
A demo for a band that never happened. This was meant to be a complete song to be played as is. We had two rehearsals which seemed promising, but it never really happened. I am quite pleased with the sound of this. Though obviously embarassed by the singing. This was written and recorded some time late 2002 using Soundtracker.
This is a little loop of music that I intended for use as a website background sound. But there is no well-defined, standardised way of getting audio playing from a website, so it's just here instead. This was written and recorded in January 2003 using Soundtracker.
Another demo for the same reason as Thor. I wrote it about a week later, but the exact date still eludes me. I am slightly less pleased with this song, but there's a couple of small sections I like in it. This was written and recorded some time late 2002 using Soundtracker.
I played bass guitar for the Purple Theatre Company's production of "Bugsy Malone" in April 2000. It was great fun. Just thought I'd mention it.
